Turkish personal care and cosmetics market saw a strong growth in 2019.
Personal care is big business in Turkey. Along with cosmetics, the industry is valued at $4,5 billion and the number is growing around 10% each year. In the first 9 months of 2019, imports of personal care products reached $143 million and the same numbers for perfumes and deodorants, color cosmetics, cleaning and hygiene products and hair care products were $43 million, $56 million, $188 million and $122 million, respectively.
Amid all this opportunity, BeautyEurasia serves as the ideal platform for companies that want to enter this lucrative market.
In 2019, the exhibition brought together 370 exhibitors from 34 countries and 11,786 buyers, distributors and other industry professionals from 130 countries were there to do business with them.
Hear what our exhibitors say:
“We came here because BeautyEurasia hosted lots of distributors coming from all around the world. We also want to build business relationships with local distributors and local buyers as they have been interested in our products so far.”
Ludmila Wowk, Export Manager - Mistero Milano (Poland)
“We are looking to expand out of South Africa into other emerging markets. Turkish cosmetic market is expanding quite rapidly and the population here is young. We have arranged many B2B meetings with local buyers and distributors so far.”
